Senior Building Information Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) specialist to join our team. As a senior BIM specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation of detailed 3D models and drawings for construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management. You will also have proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office.

In this role, you will assist the engineering design team in producing high-quality design drawings, including site plans, layouts, sections, elevations and details. You will also be responsible for verifying and clarifying designs for engineering drawing perspectives.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination BIM models and drawings.
  • Verification and clarification of designs for engineering drawing perspectives.
  • Assisting the Engineering design team to produce design drawings.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Building with 2+ years in construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD Plant 3D and PID or equivalence.
