Senior Building Information Modeller

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Information Modeller to join our team. As a senior member of the project team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drawing-related works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of drawing tasks.
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings as per engineering specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for shop drawing production.
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create precise drawings.
- Integrate MEP systems into BIM models, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties assigned by the team lead or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with MEP systems and BIM modeling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data integration.
- Programming skills in Python (advantageous).
