Job Title:

BIM Modeller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller to join our team.

As a BIM Modeller, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed building information models that meet project guidelines.

  • Generate discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata to objects, adhering to company and project standards.
  • Apply architectural design knowledge to create BIM models and assist with discipline-specific model quality assurance.
  • Produce drawings, plans, and documentation from BIM models, aligning with project specifications.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry standards for annotating up to DD Stage level of production.
  • Update and maintain models as design changes occur, ensuring accuracy and consistency with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updates.
  • Develop, test, and optimize Dynamo scripts to enhance workflows and project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max.
  • Certified Professional in Revit is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit family creation workflows, Revit/AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (or other language skills advantageous).
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM360 (advantageous).
  • Awareness of ISO 19650 global BIM and information management standards (advantageous).
