Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing BIM models, as well as collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage accurate and complete BIM models for building design, construction, and operation.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
- Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in operating BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably with a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, such as the Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650.
