Job Title: Building Information Modeller

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing CAD and 3D models, with a strong understanding of BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, and BIM Quality Control Plans.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure design processes and submissions comply with specifications and requirements.
  • Regularly update and report on all BIM related activities' progress and status.
  • Resolve any BIM related challenges and issues that arise during the project.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • About 5 years of experience in implementing and managing CAD and 3D models.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
  • BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering, or construction firm for a large project.
  • Expertise in BIM Authoring Tools.
  • Strong prioritization and presentation/communication skills.
