Job Description

As a seasoned Building Information Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed building information models throughout the design and construction phases.

You will support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection, ensuring seamless collaboration among engineers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed building information models using various software tools.
  • Support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct model reviews and generate reports for project coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in design engineering, construction, or IDD project management.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on BIM experience with prior roles as a Project-level BIM Manager and BIM Modeller in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Successfully completed at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase).
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) and/or other recognized BIM authoring software courses by authorized training providers. Alternatively, certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2).
  • Proficient in BIM software such as: Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Bentley Software, etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
