We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to lead our business development strategy and drive growth across global markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex, high-value partnerships and have a deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in key global markets.
- Leverage strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with the executive team to define and execute long-term growth plans, including M&A evaluations and ecosystem investments.
- Represent us at industry conferences and regulatory discussions to enhance thought leadership and visibility.
To succeed as a Senior Business Growth Manager, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships, preferably in financial services.
- Proven leadership experience driving complex, high-value partnerships across global markets.
- A deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and business impact.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
