Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, promoting import and export services, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer database and boost trade volume.
- Promote import and export services through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for customer visits and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' level or diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
