Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
">- Drive learning and development programs, including training needs analysis, course design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of talent development initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent development into overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform talent development strategies and remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs, resulting in improved employee engagement and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform talent development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development, with a willingness to stay current and adapt to changing needs.
