Guest Service Representative">

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents, ensuring their satisfaction and making them feel at home.

You will be responsible for supporting daily guest service operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, attending to residents at the Front Desk, issuing apartment access key cards, and addressing and anticipating residents' queries and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Attend to all residents at the Front Desk
  • Issue apartment access key cards
  • Address and anticipate residents' queries and needs
  • Recommend nearby amenities, attractions, and assist with travel, tours, and restaurant reservations
  • Manage residents' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system
  • Perform simple bookkeeping
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests
  • Record and handle resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
  • Convey messages promptly to residents
  • Safeguard cash and residents' valuables and belongings
