
Creating Memorable Guest Experiences

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents, ensuring their satisfaction and making them feel at home.
You will be responsible for supporting daily guest service operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, attending to residents at the Front Desk, issuing apartment access key cards, and addressing and anticipating residents' queries and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
- Attend to all residents at the Front Desk
- Issue apartment access key cards
- Address and anticipate residents' queries and needs
- Recommend nearby amenities, attractions, and assist with travel, tours, and restaurant reservations
- Manage residents' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system
- Perform simple bookkeeping
- Make and confirm reservations
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests
- Record and handle resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
- Convey messages promptly to residents
- Safeguard cash and residents' valuables and belongings
