Guest Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suggest products based on your extensive knowledge of our offerings and up-sell where appropriate
  • Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during service and take steps to resolve them
  • Continuously look for ways to improve procedures and systems to enhance the overall guest experience
