
Creating Memorable Guest Experiences

Experience a dynamic and engaging environment as a Concierge at our esteemed hotel group. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable stay.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments following established rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies while accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Efficiently process check-in/check-out procedures including luggage assistance, collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, attractions, etc., and assist guests with safety boxes, additional guest room keys, transportation, and other needs.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and cancel room reservations according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform night audit during the midnight shift and prepare necessary reports.
- Handle Marriott-related inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure the release of any company, hotel, brand, and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices, and regulations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with guests and associates.
- Display flexibility by working in other positions/departments as needed.
- Comply with policies and procedures, practice safe work habits, and comply with sanitary, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a smooth operation and seamless service.
