
Memorable Guest Experiences Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our front office team as a Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
Job Description:
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments following the hotels' rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies.
- Process check-in/check-out, including luggage assistance and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting policies and procedures.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, attractions, etc., and assist guests with safety boxes, additional guest room keys, transportation, etc.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and, as appropriate, take same-day and future reservations. Cancel room reservations according to policies and procedures.
- Perform night audit during midnight shift and prepare necessary reports.
- Handle any Marriott-related enquiries.
- Ensure release of any Company, hotel, brand, and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents, or injuries when assigned.
