Business Process Assistant Role Summary
As a Business Process Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless policy issuance and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and issuance of policy contracts and endorsements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing premium computations and experience refunds, as well as ensuring timely issuance of tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in MS Excel is also essential for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
A minimum diploma or degree in any discipline is required for this role. Prior administrative or business processing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position will include:
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks assigned by Team Lead
- Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient use of MS Excel for data analysis and record-keeping
- Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
Interested candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions is highly valued.
