**PURPOSE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
1. Regional Business Application (CRM & CPQ)
- Plan and ensure the success of implementing system enhancements, new regulations and/or processes that are aligned with the corporate policies and standards
- Work with Functional Admins to support users in Asia and Oceania subsidiaries to gather, analyse and formalise business requirements, evaluate on feasibility of implementation
- Propose and evaluate solutions that meet the business requirements, by considering the business rules, policies, industry standards and the current system design and capabilities
- Manage change requests and work with Information Management department and Vendors to deliver system changes with short cycles, by using methods such as Scrum and Agile
- Provide documentation and review of technical requirements for new solutions
- Draft acceptance test scripts and execute test to ensure system quality, and support OpCo Functional Admins to conduct their user acceptance test
- Prepare user manual, operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators
- Be the bridge between business and technology team and play a consultant role to business user in resolving technical issues reported by business
- Primary contact point for regional HQ and subsidiaries to provide support on SFDC process and systems
- Provide data migration support for business deployments across OPCOs to ensure data hygiene and accuracy
- Generate reports on a timely manner and prepare KPI reports to OPCO’s and Senior Management
- Desirable to have an experience of Python and / or Apex scripting

**2. Process Standardization**
- Standardize business processes and rules. Create, drive and maintain standard operating procedures
- Promote process excellence and efficiency across the subsidiaries
- Do analysis and measure a process and provide insights to improve the process where required
- Active engagement with the stakeholders to understand issues and manage the change process which may include cross-functional collaboration
- Perform change management to deploy new rule and process into subsidiaries’ operation
- It’s desirable to have an experience of business process re-engineering to streamline and improve overall productively

Interface with:

- OpCo Functional Admins *OpCo = Operation Companies
- Various functions in Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific

**External**

Interface with:

- AMS Vendors *AMS = Application Maintenance Support

**Min Years of Experience and knowledge**:

- 5+ years of experience with supporting CRM\CPQ systems
- 5+ years of relevant experience in standardization and digital transformation in Opportunity to Order (sales) process

**Min Education / Other Technical / Professional Qualification Level**:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent

**FBAP Core Competencies/ Functional Competencies**:
1. Strong Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

2. Experience in data analysis and metric reporting

3. Advanced expertise in Excel and Report creation/generation

4. SAP CPQ Experience advantageous

5. Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM system, ERP or any analytics tools is desirable

6. Experience in sales enablement
