Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRM Manager. This role will involve designing and implementing scalable global CRM frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and market-specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Audit and Clean Up Existing Processes: Conduct thorough audits of existing CRM processes, initiatives, tools, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create Scalable Global CRM Framework: Design and implement a scalable global CRM framework that aligns with business goals and market-specific needs.
- Develop Trigger Lifecycle Flows: Collaborate with product/tech teams to develop trigger lifecycle flows for CRM channels.
- Define Customer Lifecycle Stages: Define customer lifecycle stages and establish tailored strategies for acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Build Dashboards and Reporting Mechanisms: Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track CRM performance.
- Grow and Optimize Loyalty Program: Grow and optimize Castlery's Loyalty Program.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- CRM Strategy and Planning: Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies and plans.
- Process Improvement: Strong background in process improvement and implementation.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
