You are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) / CRM Strategist in CRM and Marketing Automation to join the team at Uplers. This role is crucial for leveraging platform-specific expertise to drive client success, operational excellence, and sustained revenue growth. As a Platform and Domain Champion specializing in Marketing Automation Platforms such as SFMC, Braze, Klaviyo, BloomReach, Iterable, HubSpot, or Sailthru, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize CRM and marketing automation efforts for individual clients, delivering excellent ROI and performance across various marketing channels.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Platform/Domain Expertise:** Act as the go-to authority for CRM and marketing automation platforms, staying informed about the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Provide expert advice to internal teams and clients to fully realize the platform's potential to meet business goals and KPIs.- **Channel-Specific Strategy Development:** Design and implement channel-specific CRM and marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals to drive customer engagement and boost ROI. Identify growth opportunities within CRM and marketing automation platforms to enhance client engagement, lead generation, and revenue streams by leveraging data analytics to assess campaign performance and refine strategies.- **Revenue Retention & Client Success:** Develop long-term strategies to ensure client satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive high retention rates and consistent revenue streams. Proactively engage with clients, offer customized solutions, and collaborate with client success teams to deliver value-driven outcomes that exceed client expectations.- **Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization:** Collaborate with Campaign Managers to deliver multichannel campaigns for clients within SLAs. Work with other SMEs and Campaign Managers to optimize digital strategies for better ROI.
