You are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) / CRM Strategist in CRM and Marketing Automation to join the team at Uplers. This role plays a pivotal part in leveraging platform-specific expertise to drive client success, operational excellence, and sustained revenue growth. As a Platform and Domain Champion, you will be an expert in one of the following Marketing Automation Platforms - SFMC, Braze, Klaviyo, BloomReach, Iterable, HubSpot, or Sailthru. Your main responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives to optimize CRM and marketing automation efforts for individual clients, delivering excellent ROI and performance for marketing channels.As the go-to authority for CRM and marketing automation platforms, you will continuously stay informed about the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. You will provide expert advice to internal teams and clients to ensure that the platform's potential is fully realized to meet business goals and KPIs.Your role will involve designing and implementing channel-specific CRM and marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals to drive customer engagement and boost ROI. You will identify growth opportunities within CRM and marketing automation platforms to increase client engagement, lead generation, and revenue streams. Utilizing data analytics, you will assess campaign performance and continuously refine strategies to maximize client outcomes.To ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty, you will develop long-term strategies resulting in high retention rates and consistent revenue streams. Proactively engaging with clients, you will address their challenges and offer customized solutions that meet evolving business requirements. Partnering with client success teams, you will deliver value-driven outcomes that exceed client expectations, promoting cross-functional collaboration.Collaborating closely with Campaign Managers and other SMEs, you will deliver multi-channel campaigns for clients within SLAs with error-free execution. Ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and within scope, meeting both client and business objectives. You must possess at least 4 years of experience in CRM/Marketing Automation and hold an MBA or similar Master's Degree in Marketing. Proven expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar is required. Strong strategic thinking skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, leadership skills, and exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
