We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead CRM platform projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing CRM strategies, and delivering impactful results.

">Key Responsibilities:
• Business Analysis: Gain in-depth understanding of client business operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for designers, developers, and testers.
• Define product features, specifications, and enhancements to improve CRM effectiveness.
Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and assumptions.
• Collaborate across teams to create an integrated execution plan.
• Establish key performance metrics and determine team composition effectively.
• Oversee cross-functional project plans, ensuring smooth integration with web and mobile technology teams or other integrated teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and progress updates, ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead multiple teams (10+ members) across CRM & related disciplines.
• Set clear goals, expectations, and direction to drive performance.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning within teams.
• Collaborate with domain leads to provide consistent feedback on team performance and manage personnel issues effectively.
Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage communications, expectations, negotiations, and feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure seamless communication.
