The CRM Lead for Qurio should be an expert on both the strategic and technical aspects of CRM, with experience in optimizing flows, segmentations and providing CRM solutions for brand and e-commerce acquisition and retention. This role will start off with CRM strategy for Invity, a health and beauty brand under Qurio’s portfolio of brands, across the markets the brand has presence in, before potentially taking on another brand for the group eventually. Ideally an analytical, self-motivated and performance-driven individual who is also creative with a ton of great ideas.

**Core Skills/Knowledge**
- Expert in running CRM audits that uncover technical, content, flow, campaign, user journey and segmentation opportunities.
- Map recommendations against CRM integration issues and propose solutions.
- Able to clearly define and using tools, visualise CRM flows
- Apt with data analytics and tracking tools like GA4, GTM, UTM parameters.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Stripe, Shopify and BigCommerce integrations a huge plus.
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheet for data manipulation - vlookups, pivot tables, custom formulas, to name a few.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for responsive web templates a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL a plus.
- Working knowledge of Python/R/Tableau/Power BI for data manipulation and visualization a huge plus.
- Expert in audience and topic research to facilitate the growth of BAU EDM and drip campaign conversions.
- Strong in conversion rate optimization for lead generation/magnet landing pages.
- A good eye for creatives and content.
- Strong in English language, be it written or verbal.
- Must be both strategic and reactive - able to plan ahead and optimise strategically yet on top of any daily CRM issues that may occur and take action immediately.
- Be hands-on - whilst there is developer and writer support, at times it will be necessary and faster to simply dive in and execute - this is not a hands-off role.

**Overall Job Responsibilities**
- Work closely with CMO and marketing teammates to implement CRM plans and strategies in accordance to guidelines, standards and directions.
- Develop and create CRM lead generation campaigns catered for online and offline channels.
- Create CRM guidelines and templates for sustainable and replicable implementation.
- Perform frequent audience, product and other marketing analysis to understand how various cohorts and audience segments behave.
- Leverage audience segmentations to craft personalised and targeted campaigns.
- Ideate, plan and launch retention and loyalty campaigns.
- Evaluate the performance of CRM activities against goals and generate new insights to further improve upon effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams on special projects, campaigns and product launches to provide CRM guidance and implementations.
- Drive backlink acquisition.
- Reporting: measure and report performance of optimisations, and assess against revenue goals and KPIs
- Conduct market research, channel, audience, topic and competitor analysis

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG and/or retail industry
- Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (e.g. e-commerce advertising) will be highly preferred
- Team Player with positive learning attitude, yet independent with great initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and handle pressure in a very fast-paced environment
- Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality
- Knowledge of data manipulation and visualisation highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- International exposure is highly advantageous
- Able to take in constructive feedback positively
