**Roles & Responsibilities**

**About the role**:
The CRM team at Aspire focuses on business objectives related to engagement, retention and reactivation. We’re looking for a highly-driven and experienced **CRM Lead **to join our regional Marketing team. You should be an analytical thinker and excellent communicator with a growth mindset. You should have experience in B2B app-based companies (fintech/startups) and a deep understanding of CRM lifecycles and best practices. If you have all of the above and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, this is the role for you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Strategise, create and execute on lifecycle and other CRM marketing campaigns across the region
- Collaborate with other Marketing teams in campaign management, user targeting, campaign measurement and optimisation
- Drive campaign strategy for each market based on data-driven insights from campaign performance, flows, and experiments
- Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
- Develop an experimentation roadmap, run experiments and scale campaigns based on results
- Work closely with our Business Intelligence team to ensure constant CRM innovation
- Stay updated with class acquisition, retention and advocacy practices

**What you will need**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in CRM in a Marketing or startup environment
- Skilled in customer segmentation, messaging, and CRM best practices
- Strong attention to detail and communications skills with an execution mindset
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good business acumen and ability to see the big picture and dive deep as required
- Prior working experience in an ASEAN market (working or educational)
- Prior experience in technology or financial service industries will be an added advantage
