Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining CRM systems, as well as developing reports and providing technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage CRM databases, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for users.
  • Support CRM and related technological systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation.

  • Develop queries, dashboards, and scheduled reports to provide insights for decision-making and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of CRM modules and data management concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
