APAC CRM Marketing Lead

We're helping our client
- a fast-growing consumer brand in F&B, for an experienced CRM Marketing Lead to drive its marketing efforts in the APAC region. You'll develop and manage the centralized CRM system, craft customer journey maps, and deliver user segmentation strategies tailored to diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage APAC's centralized CRM marketing system, including user tags and segmentation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer journey maps for precision marketing
- Formulate user segmentation strategies for each market, ensuring localized operational plans
- Set and monitor user operation objectives, utilizing data analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilization and providing regular performance reports

Qualifications:

- A degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's or above)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM operations or precision marketing, preferably with cross-regional marketing experience
