  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including cold calling, email marketing, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and coordinating with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project managers to drive business growth.
  • Attend sales meetings, submit sales reports, and provide quotations in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure job coordination is completed on schedule.

Requirements:


  • Possess a diploma, advanced, or graduate diploma in business administration, management studies, sales & marketing, or equivalent.
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Be knowledgeable about cement and concrete technology, building materials, and latest product trends.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
