Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Support the management of media partners to drive business growth, executing business planning by using data, deep insights, and aligning with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of media partners, aligning on deliverables, testing plans, and innovation initiatives.
  • Monitor ecosystem trends and competitor activity to keep our partner library fresh, relevant, and innovation-ready.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Planning, Adtech, Data and Finance teams) to evaluate country-level, partner-level performance and actively help with problem solving.
  • Assist in preparing meeting summaries, internal reports, and post-mortems to guide future marketing investment decisions.
  • Take ownership of key projects or countries over time, conduct analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in business performance, and to recommend marketing and pricing strategies, growing into a well-rounded partnership lead.
