Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining various systems, equipment, and facilities within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including fire alarms, kitchen equipment, and HVACR units.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements of equipment as required.
  • Respond to work requests from the Samfex system and attend to other departmental maintenance requests during shift duties.
  • Ensure that all work requests are properly logged, executed, and updated at the end of each shift duty.
  • Assist and supervise outsourced parties in performing their tasks.

Requirements:

  • A Trade Certificate in Building / Electrical/ Mechanical is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel engineering experience is required.
  • Good knowledge of building equipment, including heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, and automatic operation, with experience in the maintenance of buildings and facilities HVACR.
  • Able to perform shift work.
