IT Production Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Encora Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the well-being of enterprise applications in production, investigating issues, and providing timely workarounds to users.
This role requires close collaboration with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve production issues, ensuring system availability meets Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple countries and applications.
The successful candidate will have:
- Able to work in shift-based environments and support implementations during bank's green zone.
- 5 years of experience in production support.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AS400, Linux/Unix Shell scripting, MS SQL, Oracle, and BMC Control-M Scheduler.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work under strict time constraints and provide workarounds using various tools.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
