We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Support Specialist to join our team at MINISTRY OF HOUSING PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As an Enterprise IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to all users for various enterprise and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Be fully conversant with the various functionalities of in-house Dormitory and Logistics Enterprise Application and other applications from time to time.
- Test, train, and support users on these applications and new functional modules added from time to time.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to the Head Technology for completed project execution matters such as progress of the work, outstanding matters, etc.
- Prepare project documentations, e.g., project progress report, Software Requirement Specs documents, UAT report, project final delivery report, user manual, etc.
- Execute weekly technology-related maintenance support to all user locations to ensure smooth running of the application and related hardware.
- Record all corrective actions and communicate with vendors to avoid recurrences.
- Perform coordination between the Technology Department and other internal departments.
- C coordinate with the Software Vendor & Systems Integrator to ensure the project is delivered based on the agreed specifications and within the timeline.
- Diploma or degree holder with at least 2-years' experience in Enterprise & Office Productivity project coordinating.
- Knowledge in web and mobile technologies and Amazon Web Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Diligent attitude and willing to learn & work independently.
