Job Description:

At Helius Technologies PTE. LTD., we are seeking a talented Product and Payment Partnerships Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Product and Payment Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key merchant categories, driving customer adoption and engagement through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing partnerships in key merchant categories.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on the proposition of making our payment method the preferred choice.
  • Manage both existing and new partners to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Track performance, report metrics, and leverage data for decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in product and usage management in payments or mobile payments.
  • Experience in payments with both consumer and merchant sides.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
