
Accounts and Administration Officer

The role of an Accounts and Administration Officer is a critical position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer car registration processes, ensuring timely submission of documents and payments.
- Update registration folder records, maintain accurate records, and process refund cheques as necessary.
- Manage customer invoices, prepare month-end reports, and post SL journal entries for deposit transfers and visa waivers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
