Claims Team Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Team Manager to lead our claims team and drive excellence in claims handling. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of claims officers to achieve exceptional claims handling performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve claims quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, insurers, and third-party claimants.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claims handling and minimize disruptions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or insurance.
• Certificate of General Insurance or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in claims management, team leadership, and customer service.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
