Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess pre-authorisation and medical reports to ensure timely issue of LOG
  • Perform quality checks on shield claims and LOG cases
  • Handle escalated emails and internal customer inquiries on shield claims
  • Process CPFB payments for life health claims and shield claims
  • Support admin officer with claims registration and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of working experience in life or health insurance
  • Familiarity with health or shield claim processes
  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Good medical knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and have a positive mindset
  • Matured person with integrity and a good attitude
  • Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
