Key Responsibilities:- Assess pre-authorisation and medical reports to ensure timely issue of LOG
- Perform quality checks on shield claims and LOG cases
- Handle escalated emails and internal customer inquiries on shield claims
- Process CPFB payments for life health claims and shield claims
- Support admin officer with claims registration and other administrative tasks
- 3-5 years of working experience in life or health insurance
- Familiarity with health or shield claim processes
- Diploma or degree holder
- Good medical knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and have a positive mindset
- Matured person with integrity and a good attitude
- Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
