Premier Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premier Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at OCBC Bank. As a key member of our Premier Private Client & Premier Banking Asia team, you will be responsible for acquiring and prospecting new Premier Banking Offshore customers, developing and strengthening their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis and relationship management to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets, utilizing your knowledge of banking products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers, providing regular market information updates and trend analysis to ensure their financial goals are met.
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and provide personalized financial solutions to these customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
- Experience in covering the Indonesia and Malaysia markets, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and customer needs.
- Recognized university degree and CMFAS certification (RES1A/RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI), demonstrating your expertise in financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers, ensuring seamless interactions with offshore clients.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and good tele-consulting abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Initiative and drive to succeed, with a focus on achieving sales quotas and revenue targets, while maintaining a disciplined and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for business, with a flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the needs of the role.
