About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premier Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at OCBC Bank. As a key member of our Premier Private Client & Premier Banking Asia team, you will be responsible for acquiring and prospecting new Premier Banking Offshore customers, developing and strengthening their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, leveraging your expertise in managing affluent client relationships.
  • Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets, utilizing your knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis, providing regular market information updates and trend analysis.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and provide exceptional customer service to these customers, ensuring superior customer experience and contributing to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, with consistent sales performance.
  • Experience in covering the Thailand markets and/or with relevant portfolio in Thai markets.
  • Recognised university degree and possess CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and/or Thai with offshore clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and good at tele-consulting.
  • Creative, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Initiative and drive to succeed, with a focus on achieving sales quota and revenue.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
