Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team at OASIA HOTEL DOWNTOWN, SINGAPORE. As an Assistant Manager, Front Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Be familiar with all room types and rates, as well as hotel facilities and functions, to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are followed, and encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with hotel personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality, with excellent public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge is advantageous
