Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations Management: Oversee and manage the front office operations, including reception, concierge, and executive lounge services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the performance of the front office team, ensuring consistent adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), coaching, training, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Guest Experience: Lead the team to provide personalized, lovable, and sincere guest experiences at every touch point, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Executive Lounge Management: Manage the executive lounge, including breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktail services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and work closely with other departments to deliver necessary services and amenities to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Problem-Solving and Accountability: Handle irregularities and guest feedback with accountability and in a timely manner, making appropriate recommendations and ensuring prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under tight timelines.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with OPERA system is an added advantage.
