About the Opportunity
This internship provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, working closely with our team to support various administrative tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in benefits administration and personnel records management
- Support employee queries related to HR policies
- Prepare certification letters for employees
- Administer corporate passes and government-paid leave
- Contribute to projects, such as SOP development for government-paid leave claims
- Compile and send job openings to staff
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment and headcount applications
What We're Looking For
- Preferably Year 2 students and above
- Current full-time students pursuing Human Resource Management or related fields
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
