Job Summary

At CAPCON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of HR Operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy of processes, systems, and data. This role will involve a variety of human resources, personnel, and administrative tasks, including recruitment, talent management, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop recruitment channels, as well as recruit for regular positions, supporting the entire recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct interviews for job description development, draft initial job descriptions, and organize for approval.
  • Responsible for work pass applications, tracking, and arranging appointments with MOM.
  • Manage employee lifecycle HR operations, including onboarding, employment changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure up-to-date employee benefits and leave administration, serving as the first-level contact point for employee queries.
  • Content entry and maintenance of the human resources section within the internal system.
  • Ensure salary disbursement for employees, prepare employee payroll, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Accumulate and generate human resource data statistics and reports.
  • Employee daily communication and coordination, handling special events, and organizing team building.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage the budget process, including anomaly alerts.
  • Manage human resource contracts and important documents.

Requirements
  • At least a Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant HR qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of work experience as a HR generalist.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Well-organized, meticulous to details, and possessing good planning skills.
  • Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act.
  • Experience in the smart manufacturing industry or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience managing a team of up to 5 people.
  • Excellent execution skills and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Good and proficient communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and planning, with a strong awareness of law and risk control.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Chinese culture.
