  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer service gaps.
  • Participate in projects to improve customer service standards and processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional maturity and a passion for customer service.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Flair for writing and ability to communicate effectively.
