Customer Service Manager

Röhlig Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily customer service responsibilities, including handling a minimum of 100 orders per month for a portfolio of top-tier customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers as needed.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure all customer accounts are implemented and client requirements are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate client reporting and communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within 12 hours via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain client SOPs and ensure client rates are up-to-date for shipments booked.
- Provide backup support for staff on leave and perform daily tasks as needed.
- Certificate in Frontline Management (ideal minimum)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
- Cargo wise/order manager experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, pricing, business development, or key account management roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a friendly team player personality
- Initiative and a willingness to meet client expectations
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to provide professional consultation and operational support to customers
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
