Job Summary

The NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Recruitment Operation to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Senior/Executive staff to support the recruitment of corporate staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise Daily Recruitment Operations: Oversee the daily recruitment process for hiring corporate staff, ensuring smooth contract management processes and timely delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Coordinate the recruitment process for assigned Colleges/Schools/Departments/Research Institutes, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Data Accuracy and Management: Ensure data accuracy by team members, including new hire entries, one-time payments, and assigning costing allocations.
  • Probation and Confirmation: Oversee the processing of confirmation or extension of probation for corporate staff within the University.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Possess minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an HR environment with supervisory skills, good knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour laws of Singapore.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable handling/reviewing high volumes of transactions.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Possess strong organisational and time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working Knowledge of Workday: Working knowledge of Workday is advantageous.
