  • Team Management
    • Participate in the hiring process for new team members and subject matter experts, ensuring the team is equipped with diverse, top-tier talent.
    • Implement career progression plans and conduct regular reviews to retain top talent and ensure continuous professional development.
    • Review and assess team workload through weekly WIP meetings, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.

    • Negotiate and secure favorable terms with media platforms and third-party vendors, and explore out-of-the-box partnerships that drive value.
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead efforts to streamline media operations, enhancing efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
    • Develop risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges in media execution.
    • Ensure the integrity and compliance of all media-related data, maintaining alignment with regulatory standards.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, with a strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
    • Leadership: At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, with proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ad servers, Google Analytics, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), with experience in SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display, Affiliate, and KOL channels.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex media strategies to both clients and internal teams.
    • Innovation: A passion for strategic thinking and ideation, with a strong business acumen and a keen interest in the latest digital trends.
    • Global Perspective: Experience managing media strategies across multiple regions or global markets is preferred.
