- Media Strategic Planning and Partnership
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge media opportunities, including emerging platforms like TikTok, Podcasts, and Twitch.
- Negotiate and secure favorable terms with media platforms and third-party vendors, and explore out-of-the-box partnerships that drive value.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Lead efforts to streamline media operations, enhancing efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
- Develop risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges in media execution.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of all media-related data, maintaining alignment with regulatory standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, with a strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Leadership: At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, with proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ad servers, Google Analytics, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), with experience in SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display, Affiliate, and KOL channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex media strategies to both clients and internal teams.
- Innovation: A passion for strategic thinking and ideation, with a strong business acumen and a keen interest in the latest digital trends.
- Global Perspective: Experience managing media strategies across multiple regions or global markets is preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with experience securing advantageous terms with media platforms and vendors.
