We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our business growth.

As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our distribution strategy in Singapore. You will work closely with our head of department to drive sales, FUM, and revenue growth for our distribution business. Your key responsibilities will include expanding our distribution network, deepening relationships, and driving new sales flows.

You will also be responsible for implementing effective sales and servicing strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. This will involve working closely with our Client Servicing Team to deliver service excellence to clients and partners, and assisting with customer due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies.

In addition, you will work closely with our Marketing Team and Client Portfolio Managers to develop high-quality marketing and sales materials that showcase our credibility. You will also strategize with our Product Team to develop products suited for our group distribution business.

Other key responsibilities include participating in external conferences and key client events, creating and promoting a client-focused culture within the company, and acting as a role model demonstrating our values and behavior. You will also work in partnership with regional and global teams to implement effective sales/distribution strategies and demonstrate strong investment knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree qualification, preferably with a CFA or post-graduate degree in Finance, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. You will also require strong motivation to drive sales growth, the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members, and the right business judgment to set priorities and direction.
