We are searching for a seasoned Company Secretary to join our team, responsible for providing top-notch corporate secretarial services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters, encompassing both local and international companies.
- Prepare and draft board resolutions, AGM & EGM documents, and meeting materials, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Administer e-filings for various transactions with ACRA, including Annual Returns, Return of Allotments, and Appointment of Officers.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, developing and disseminating relevant papers and documentation.
- Negotiate with external partners, including corporate secretarial service providers and notary offices.
- Handle document authentication and legalization when necessary.
- Address queries from business units and auditors for information and documents.
- Deliver guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by leading a small team of corporate secretaries.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in professional firms offering corporate secretarial services is mandatory.
- Possession or pursuit of ICSA or relevant qualifications is highly beneficial.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills are vital for teamwork and client interactions.
- The capacity to work independently, multitask, and maintain concentration is crucial.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills will drive success in this position.
