As a Director in our Global Markets team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients or prospects, focusing on relationship building and responsible business growth that is compliant, of acceptable risk and profitable.
- Responsible for covering FX clients, executing FX trades voice and via platforms, and managing the sales book throughout the day.
- Serves as a consultative advisor to top leadership, advising them on the best way to achieve their short- and long-term strategic objectives through our solutions.
- Provides intra-day and longer term market colour, leveraging resources across the firm to keep clients informed of key FX and market developments.
- Collaborates with the FX Sales Team across the region to achieve targeted revenue goals on a yearly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develops leads and initiates contact with prospects using all the firm's resources to gather needed information required to finalize a proposal/deal.
- Generates leads from within existing client accounts or as a result of industry research and prospecting.
- Assists with closing less complex new prospects by developing negotiation strategies and contributing analyses supporting deal structures that achieve optimal terms for both the client and the firm.
Requirements:
- Highly experienced in independently developing leads and initiating contact with prospects.
- Strong understanding of the FX markets and ability to provide market colour and insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
