Establishing Business Growth Through Strategic Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy Executive to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and financial success.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategy development and execution, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- They will be responsible for further developing and executing our business strategy, achieving commercial targets, and establishing a business mindset within our organization.
- In this role, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, deliver accurate financial records, and bring data-driven insights to strategic planning and execution processes.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop long-term strategies for our business functions, including facilities, HR, finance, administration, IT, health, and marketing communications.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in finance, operations, commercial, or administration
- Affinity for education and working in a school environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with school leaders, staff, and board members
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent English communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Dutch a plus
We offer a competitive salary, monthly transport allowance, 25 holidays based on a 40-hour workweek, health insurance package, and bonus payment.
