Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Cross-Border sales team. In this role, you will leverage your sales and programmatic advertising experience to support enterprise self-service clients on the DSP and drive revenue growth across all solutions.

You will own a book of business consisting of top South East Asia (SEA) based brands who advertise to reach customers globally. This includes developing and executing annual brand and media strategies aligned with customer objectives, hitting or exceeding assigned revenue targets, and navigating multiple stakeholders to ensure customer success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Owning end-to-end client relationships with enterprise self-service advertisers and agencies using Amazon DSP
  • Developing and executing annual brand and media strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Hitting or exceeding assigned revenue targets and business objectives for designated book of business
  • Navigating multiple stakeholders while bridging organizational gaps to ensure customer success

Technical Leadership & Support

In this role, you will lead client onboarding, training, and implementation of Amazon DSP, serve as primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution, and drive strategic consultation on DSP best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and integrations.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic and digital advertising, with client-facing responsibilities
  • Proven experience analyzing data and implementing best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital media, including programmatic advertising platforms, display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management, and strong track record of delivering revenue results and driving customer success
