Responsibilities:

- Provide support and advice to the end to end cross-border business
- Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance
- Setup and maintain financial governance policies, process and systems to support the business
- Partner closely with commercial and logistics team on overall business model, projections, incentives evaluation and cost optimisation
- Review and monitor overall performance for cross border business, providing financial insights, analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with business team to provide timely, accurate budget and volume re-forecast
- Setup and maintain financial governance frameworks and policies for cross border business to ensure governance on key financial decisions (e.g. pricing, discounts)
- Develop finance business requirements and functionalities to enable automation and finance governance controls in logistic system on key elements (e.g. pricing, discount)
- Work with finance functions (e.g. accounting, tax, risk control, treasury) to setup finance policies and processes within the system and support localisation needs of ventures
- Drive and communicate the overall product strategy and value proposition for the cross-border payments business
- P&L Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure revenue goals and expense targets are being met)
- Understand the industry, competition and leverage competitive advantages
- Responsible to oversee the whole product cycle (planning, researching, designing, developing, and implementing) of Cross Border eCommerce products

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in financial/business analyst working experience
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Be able to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems
- Strategy oriented with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of eCommerce markets, competition and customers or Cross Border business
