Cross-border Business Manager

**Job Description
1. Develop the cross-border business and conduct market research and analysis on cross-border customers to improve existing services and revise existing policies and procedures.

2. Promote cross-border financial services targeting foreign students and expatriates/work pass holders, manage witness-account opening, organise and collaborate with corporate banking department on promotional activities.

3. Pro-actively assist head office on the review and adjustment of products and services and data consolidation, provide training to branches in China and Singapore on the opening of witness accounts and cross-border products and services.

4. Manage consistent promotion of cross-border financial services to develop the business.

5. Collaborate with overseas branches, including BOCHK, to promote the development of cross-border business.

6. Assist with the preparation and submission of business data and reports.

7. Other tasks and duties as assigned.

8. Achieve the department's cross-border business targets.

**Job Requirements
1. Education：Degree and above

2. Relevant Working Experience: 3 years and above

3. Competency： Communication and coordination skills

4. Language Proficiency: Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ.
