**The Role: Cross-border E-commerce Manager**
As a Cross-Border Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key brands that engage in cross-border e-commerce activities. You will serve as a key consultant for these brands/clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service and support, while also helping them to grow their businesses and achieve their goals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are met, and will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key cross-border e-commerce clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and challenges
- Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and increase client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure that client's needs are met
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, such as revenue and profitability
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in cross-border e-commerce
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, ideally with a platform, with another enabler, or with a brand, and handled **Cross-border operations**:
- Strong understanding of **cross-border** e-commerce and related technologies
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills - You will have to handle loads of insights and data
- Project management experience
- Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude
- Able to communicate in 中文 will be a PLUS point
